  Thanks for reporting this, we've forwarded it to the Building Inspector for review, as well. You can look up property owner information for any parcel in Salem by visiting the online GIS map here: https://www.mapsonline.net/salemma/index.html. Then click the "Find" tab on the left side of the page and search for the address by Street Name and Number. Alternatively, you can use the tool bar on the right side of the page to zoom to the street and the parcel, click on the "i" button on the tool bar on the right side of the page, and then click on the parcel. After that, click on the Parcel ID that appears in the left side window and you will be able to see the Assessor's card information for the parcel in question, including the owner of record and owner's address.
