Red subaru, license 8CCN153.
Car has been parked here on street for over a week without being moved. Has a flat tire, seemingly dumped. Residential permit on this street is practically non-existent anyway, but usually cars still move within a day. Request that this car be cited or towed, and that in general residential permit enforcement is increased on our street which is currently used as free parking for Bart.
