Yes, I agree with Amy that the left turn signal for W. Gulf bank going west bound is too short. Especially in the afternoon going northbound on N. Houston-Roslyn. I remember when it used to turn green twice on left turns because southbound traffic is not heavy.
2 left turn lanes at 9500 North Houston Rossalyn north bound to 7000 Gulf Bank west bound are short timed. Only entrance into Woodland Trails North Subdivision. Used to be MUCH longer. Congested mainly between afternoon and evening with incoming traffic into neighborhood. City says county and county says city. This is HARRIS COUNTY. Please help.
Called 311 and they say this intersection is not City of Houston, it’s Harris County and I know that’s wrong. Called Harris County and they say it’s City of Houston. Oh well. Guess people will just have to keep running the yellow to red light like most are doing. This site is useless if this had been open with no action by 311 for 6 months. Not even an update.
