Description

This is I believe my fourth complaint in a week and a half regarding this problem. I posted a picture the other day. The problem is between 50th and 51st Street South and 2nd and 3rd Avenue South. Since my last picture this is what I walked out to today. Somebody pulled the trash bags out put in their clippings which included palm fronds then ripped open the bags and dumped everything on top of the Palm fronds. This is ridiculous why has this not been taken care of in one and a half weeks. We can't even use our dumpster. But the dumpster at either end of the alley looks absolutely wonderful there's nothing dumped around it and I guess there's nothing in it . Tomorrow I will go out and look and take a picture for you whether there is or is not just so that you could see the difference. This is crazy when is somebody going to do something about this????
