Description

URGENT CHOKING HAZARD!!! The netting on the play structure is coming apart and creating a dangerous hazard for children. Children are partially falling through the net posing a threat for not only sprained or broken limbs, but also choking and asphyxiation.

This has been like this for well over a year. The city either needs to fix it or take it out completely. It is so dangerous for kids of all ages!
