I thought this would be for DPW-Highway, not health.

It came to Health automatically because it is categorized as overgrowth. When I looked at the picture I figured it might be city property. I will forward to DPW.

Parks has cut the weeds down and timed the bush.

Have you seen the ground over there?!?!?!?! It is covered with mounds of dirt and is a rutted mess! If you want the neighbors to be able to maintain this area, it needs to be leveled out. We can't even run a lawn mower over the area!
