Description

The former convenient store located on the corner of Rogers and Clayton - the parking lot needs to be cleaned up - grass cut, weeds trimmed, garbage picked up, in general lot maintenance. Downed tree near building, overgrown area next to building, trash build up. Owner is not maintaining property and it is becoming an eyesore. At minimum, Owner should maintain the outside of the building and be vigilent at picking up trash from former customers and passers by.
