Description
AT&T's connection facility is at the side of Sprague at Leesville. They constantly pull into this area and track mud into our roadway and cause all the neighbors to have red clay on their tires which gets onto our driveways, into our garages and then into our homes.
This seriously needs to stop as it is a nuisance for people trying to walk in the road (we have no sidewalks)
Please correct the problem so we can live in a clean mud free neighborhood.

Your response is absolutely pathetic. I provided more than adequate directional information for you to locate this nuisance. Do you have a quota of closing tickets? This was opened in 2018 and you do nothing and close the ticket over 1 year later stating you couldn't locate the problem area. Why does or city even have this website when most of the issues go unanswered!!!. Here is some additional directional information on the problem area as well as an attached photo.
The problem area is at the intersection of Sprague & Leesville Road. The lot in question on the Sprague section of the lot: LO67 SML PRT NORTH FOREST SE1 BM1971 -00487
This is immediately across Sprague from the corner house located at 7713 Leesville Rd, 27613. The property description for this address is: LO26 NORTH FOREST SUB SE1
