Description

the streets in the Serra Highlands and Buri Buri neighborhoods has been torn up for almost a month do to a repaving project. Other requests about this issue has been closed. The reason being the work is being done by an outside contractor not SSF Public Works. Isn't the city ultimately responsible for the contractors they hire?
