Description

At the Park Avenue cul-de-sac plaza (west of Halleck St), a portion of the overhead decorative "tivoli lights" has detached from its guy wire and is an ELECTRICAL HAZARD. It's hanging down in an inverted parabola shape where a truck can collide with it. It hasn't reached the ground yet but may eventually do so and create an even greater electrical hazard. See circled item in attached 5/22/18 photo.
