Believe the house at the corner is who these belong to. There are also RVs, trucks, and a heavy metal dumpster that they appear to park behind all the houses on the old Disney Rd dead end behind them (behind the apartment town homes which are behind those homes). This is also where the RVs may be seen at times. They appear to shuffle them around but they don't really move. The heavy dumpster seems like it might draw mosquitoes due to standing water.
Definitely seem to be people living in the RVs parked on old Disney Road, the awnings/pop outs are always out and people are always back there. There are trucks and a big heavy long dumpster at the very end as well. Why not just put an access gate or chain to get this area cleaned up? Do people need to call police, would they assist with this?
Thank you. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do. A light utility gate might be nice to try to keep this from happening. There's dumpsters way back in the bushes, several trucks, and RVs there (and those look like they're plugged in, being used and all and I wonder where the waste is going). They seem to do things like work on vehicles and pressure washing out there, too. I think the home they come from (the one on the end) is a rental but you can look up the owners on the AA site. Thanks again.
Ok, I will take a look on Monday but I need to find out who owns property, it doesn’t look like they are on a County roadway so the police department may not have jurisdiction, it may have to go to Zoning or Health Department if they are living in there. I will take a look and let you know.
I visited the property and spoke with the renter who is living at the residence where the RV are parked out back. She was very nice and took me for a tour of the property. There are no people living in the large RV that is parked there. They have electric hooked up to utilize moving the sides out. The RV is being cleaned up so they can sell it. The vehicles have tags and they have several people from out of town visiting because there is a relative in the hospital with cancer. The Old Disney Road is not a County maintained roadway and therefore I don't know who actually owns the property. There are no violations or trash that I can see and there is no health hazard. The Police Department does not have any further jurisdiction over this matter and I really don't see it as a Zoning issue other than they are parking their vehicles on the old roadway. The residents are maintaining all of the grass cutting and trimming along the roadway and have kept it clean. The residents advised they would move the vehicles into their yard if requested to but I really don't see the need to do so until it can be determined who owns the property now.
