Description

Tenant at Briarwood complex getting drunk and screaming from her third floor balcony. This happens about three times a week.
Some of the comments screamed are racially charged and some are threatening.
Sometimes during the day and as late as 3 AM. The police have been called to the building on multiple occasions.
In most instances, she and her friends will see the police come around back side and the noise stops until they leave, then starts up again.
One tenant tried to contact the landlord, but he was not interested in hearing about it.
The building has families including young children.
It used to be a nice quiet place to live.
