Description

Per code there is supposed to be "green space" in front of every house. These city provided houses are practically given away to the "poor people", they are beautiful houses when built and then these people move in and turn them into dumps. These people have been parking on their lawn so much that there's no lawn left , thus no "green space" and now when it rains the exposed dirt is washing off of their yard into the road. These people need to have grass in their front yard just like the rest of us!
