I was at MCC for treatment - waiting inside the exit door d
due to rain. Parking supervisor told me driver did not ask her for the passenger, or call for me (usual) or enter the bldg waiting area due to rain.
I was stranded for two hours after waiting one hour and told when called HART that a no show took place. Unfortunatley, driver did not perform as usual and drove through pickup area without consider for ADA treatment patient.
