  Yes it is. The boat was replaced with a different boat that has not moved in weeks.

  The boat and trailer were tagged and parked on a street. Zoning Enforcement has no jurisdiction on streets and can only require that boats and trailers parked in yards be tagged.

  To whom it may concern,

  So this comment totally contradicts itself. First you say this boat has not been moved in weeks. Then you said they moved it and put a new boat out there. Which one is it?

  1.) The boat and trailer is tagged, so it can sit there as long as it wants. There are other vehicles that have not moved longer than my boat.

  2.) I (by no means) mean to be inconsiderate. Unfortunately, we live in a neighborhood where if I park my boat down the street it could and probably will be destroyed or stolen. I am not going to risk that to make a couple neighbors happy. Sorry, but mind your own business.

  3.) I am not taking environmental enrichment activities from myself or my kids for anyone. JEALOUS MUCH?

  This is exactly why we need help Anne Arundel County, anytime someone tries to question this family they are immediately attacked. There are elderly people and a lady in a wheelchair in our immediate parking area, how is it okay for them to just have a boat blocking a spot for no reason? Modify your rules to make sense!

  First of all, no one has ever approached us nicely about the boat. It has always been calling the police or posting stuff on this website. So how are we suppose to react. You guys go around us to attack us but then wonder why we attack back. As for the elderly and person in a wheelchair, they are on the opposite side of the street. So I’m not exactly sure how our boat being parked in front of our house is affecting them. I have never parked in the elderly couples parking spot but plenty others have. Not to mention there are plenty others in the neighborhood that have several vehicles as well and make sure they park in front of their house and most times their vehicles do not get moved. What is the difference? They are also taking up parking spots. What about the endless amount of people who park directly in front of their house even if it leaves huge spacing so another vehicle can not park? Why not complain about that? When you decided to move into this neighborhood, you knew how the parking would be. So maybe you shouldn’t have moved here.
