Sharraxaadda

Trash, mosquito breeding, rusting barrel of oil (?), old mattress, open dumpster that is packed with trash and is flooding with rain water... general health hazard at back of property looking into the Housing Authority yard and Wooster sq community garden. Thank you for your help dealing with this!

P.S. this has been a problem for over a year. I have asked the owner directly to deal with the problem, and have reported to the Livable City Initiative, but they did not get back to me or do anything.
