Apparently someone has fixed the issue. The northbound jam was actually caused by the extended timing of the left turn signal on the southbound light. It all started just before the AT&T golf event to deal with buses coming back from aronimink. When we would come up the hill from the resevoir (252N) towards DCCC we had to cut through the college to reach media line road. conversely the southbound traffic is usually backed up from rose tree park down to the resevoir during evening rush hour
