Description

In front of the SW Shattuck/Kittredge bus stop, years of compaction from the weight of bus tires has deformed the asphalt into a deep trough and raised ridge that is extremely hazardous to cyclists, especially at night. See circled area in attached 5/24/18 photo. Not only should the ridge be shaved down flat, the whole area should be repaved with a properly engineered concrete bus pad. This is an elementary best practice that has been ignored.
