There is a major water line leakage which is causing significant threat to the structural stability of homes along Woodrow Avenue. The flooding has moved from the alley all the way to the front of homes of Woodrow along 3111 Woodrow. There is water bubbling up at the sidewalk and in the alley. Algae is growing at the sidewalk. There is an area of 2 acres that is saturated.
