A. Due to 36th St on ramp to I-35W S closure, most of traffic has been re-directed to 31st St/Stevens Ave on ramp to I-35W S. E 31st St gets severely congested. Some possible solutions to reduce congestion, stop drivers from blocking intersections and speed up the flow of traffic 1. Install "do not block intersections signs 2. Install left turn signal on Stevens Ave S/E 31st St (west bound) 3. Adjust timings of traffic lights
