Description

Every afternoon there is a line of cars backed up headed south on Shallowford wanting to turn left and go North on Briarcliff. The signal time is too short. The cars are backed up all the way to the I-85 off ramp. It's terrible and it can take half an hour to go the one mile distance. There is no traffic on Briarcliff going north. Please help!
