Description

This limo driver was driving holding two cell phones. Swerving getting off 280 @ Avalan around 7pm 5/15/2018 and I pulled up to the Westborough I looked in his car and he was holding two cell phones. I couldn't see if he had any paying customers in car (tinted windows) but I was shocked and am looking for ways to get him off the street.
I stayed back but at the Gellert/Westborough light he went from left lane to far right and pulled into the Arco. I think thru an exit. Clearly confused and dangerous
