Description
Contractor came out a couple days ago to bury repaired utility lines. The lines are along the edge of the side walk and so shallow you can see them laying in the dirt in some sections. Lines need to be buried deep enough and/or away from the lawn edge so that they cannot be viewed or cut by basic lawn and edging equipment.

Art cut this cable recently and It was replaced. Poorly buried cable will definitely be cut with lawn edger. Not to fault of homeowners, but to the fault of a crappy sub contractor hired by Nulink to finish the job. Come on Nulink. Get this repaired soon if you don’t want to loose a customer. I will not tolerate a wait for days for a new repair with out use of my internet and tv service. There are other services available if you can’t perform as expected.

I apologize for the delay in responding. I had not received a notification from SeeClickFix.
I checked the report of exposed utility lines at Newnan Lakes Blvd and did not find anything exposed. Hopefully these have been repaired.
Thanks for reporting.
