Ford Mustang dark color with missing front license plate. Vintage Mid- 60s. Issue is car cover sheets being used which are not tied down and cause a safety hazard for someone driving by. Often partially in the street and can be snagged by a passenger side front tire causing significant problems if it wraps around the wheel.
