Dear Howard County,

I live in Anne Arundel County and I was bringing tourist dollars to Ellicot City in the morning of May 27th, 2018. You have not correctly accounted for water control in recent up stream development and my children and I narrowly escaped flood waters. Your greed in development is allowing me to clearly see where I will spend my money going forward. There are better more welcoming places that care about my safety and my own County understands safe development. Get your house in order and design appropriately sized storm water containment. I’ll not return even after to redevelop. My children’s lives will not be lost to poor design and greed.
