Nobody has been out to fix this issue. The storm drain behind my fence is completely clogged with debris (mud, leaves, tree branches, etc.)

This is still an outstanding issue. No one has been out to fix it or even look

Jim B. Investigated 2/25/19. Drain is not clogged. Pulled the lid & will attach picture. We have been out near this address before for complaints that drains become overwhelmed during heavy rain events. Our last research showed this to be a private storm drain system.

Resident has directed his sump pump & yard inlets to the County roadway which is a code violation. 2/25/19. See white pvc discharge right lower corner.

There are at least 3 yard inlets that feed the white pvc pipe. 2/25/19
