ha ha. The homeowner must have a friend in City Hall. I live down the street and I am sure I would be ticketed/fined within about 15 minutes.

We are closing 2018 Illegal Dumping issues found on public spaces( roads, tree belts, sidewalks) in order to focus on current issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our Streets Division but were never closed. Others involved an interdepartmental solution.
