It's actually two different places. the first is further up the drive way and involves water flowing down the hill. The bottom picture is right at the road.

Something needs to be done. There's a bad odor due to the standing water. This has been going on for months. Our driveway is constantly wet (and has mold), even on days it doesn't rain. Please send someone to look at it.
