I sent this to the City of Little Rock but never received any response.

It doesn't surprise me at all. This neighborhood community is NOT safe to ride bikes on the roads or walk. I walk my dogs, and constantly have to deal with people flying at 40+ through the neighborhood and not paying attention around the blind corners.

This was certainly not designed to handle this traffic. Either they need to zone for business and make improvements, or restrict access for people using residential roads as a main through-way.

I walk my dog in Leawood as well and the fact that there are few sidewalks makes it very difficult to get around. I don't even attempt it after 7am when all the commuter traffic starts to cut through Leawood from Rodney Parham. I sent this request/complaint to the LR city planning engineers multiple times and could not even get a response.

Valid citizen concern and currently additional interest after closing.

Traffic is at an all time high through here. I watched the corner of the intersection at Leawood and Louwanda today and it's worse than ever. Also the new speed bump and stop sight going east and exiting Leawood to Mississippi has a large number of people still speeding and running the new stop sign there. The increase of traffic and recklessness of drivers is at an all time high.

Also the NO PARKING signs on Louwanda are gone (have been for a while) and we have people parking there all the time. This causes more traffic and issues. Again, it's clear people are using this area specifically as a cut-through, and it's clearly a RESIDENTIAL area. Not sure why you would close this, it's NOT CLOSED.

I'm sorry for that I thought it was repaired. Oh! I have contacted the city on this issue and they were supposed to be sending some one out from public works to take a look at the issue with with in 1 to 10 business days. I contacted them online about the issue one or two weeks before Thanksgiving last month no one is responding to none of my messages so I throught that meant it was repaired I did let every person know here on seeclickfix that had posted a a city repair service issue that I read the complaint and contacted the city of Little Rock online by sending in a service request some one will be out there by this and that time to do an inspection it was reported.

That's why I closed it I would like it if people would nicely respond back.

I checked the cities website on this issue and status shows that it was closed out meaning they fixed it. So I'll go ahead and close it.
