Garbage barrels being left in front yard all week. is there anyway they can be asked to move them to the back so it's not such an eye soar. I saw a maintenance guy who mows the lawn and asked about talking to the landlord to have them moved and he said there's nothing he can do. I thought there was a city rule that all barrels need to be moved to the side or back of the house after trash pick up?
