Description

This residence has no trespassing signs posted but is creating a dangerous situation for the neighborhood. There are three "buildings" on the property. A camper, a metal shed and wooden frame pier and beam structure. The camper is unoccupied and the property has trash and debris piled up along side and in the back against the fence. The owner has mowed in the front but it is a mess in the back. The metal shed has openings where feral animals are multiplying. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD. The other structure is unoccupied and is rotting and is structurally unsound and needs to be repaired or taken down. The metal shed needs to be demolished. The weeds and trash removed. We live on the other side of this hazard and dangerous debris (broken glass) washes over to our side with every heavy rain.
