Description

The property is in overall POOR condition and is a nuisance and eye sore. This is a rental property that has not had a resident in 6 months and property is POORLY maintained with an overgrown and unmanicured yard. A Mo.City department came last week and mowed the lawn. The roof is separated from the home and wild and untamed cats run in and out of the roof/attic of the home. There is a new litter of kittens that were born inside of the open roof space. There are at least 5 cats that regularly go in and out of the unsealed spaces. The animals are unkept and a nuisance to the next door property (1418 Twining Oaks) where we have a residential pet that cannot go near the fence line for fear of fleas and mites. Can the owner be contacted to rectify the maintenance of the property?
