Description

I own the villa across the court. I rent it out. the villa at 3642 has been reported for several issue and it appears to me and the neighbors nothing gets done. Animal cruelty issues , trash build up. and constantly upsetting the neighborhood. Can you not do something by contacting the owner of the property or issuing a fine?
