Description

A Gasoline Powered Motorscooter was seen riding back and forth between Franklin Street and ~ Salemwood School near the Community Garden at 4:30 PM.. Rider had a white helmet and black rimmed glasses.. He was asked to stay off the bicycle trail but speed on... I am reporting this so this type of issue can be monitored. The trail is very busy at this time of day with walkers, bicyclists and students..
