Elevators are a NATIONAL issue. Google and find National handicap access, file a complaint with the Feds and the owner of the building as The Citty of Shaint Petersburg... The feds will have a way to help the city see the light....in NYC it took filing a law suit on behalf of Americans with disability Act to light the fire under the city's @#$%... Ada.org. the City is discriminating and needs their pepe wacked!
