Description

The four traffic lights near Walmart in Hilltown Township (Line Lexington Rd, Hilltown Pike, Walmart, E Orvilla Rd) used to be timed allowing excellent traffic flow Northbound and Southbound on Rt 309. Something has happened to the timing, with all lights out of sync, causing horrendous traffic jams on Rt 309.
