I'm concerned with the activity going on at my neighbor's house at 408 Hichborn St. I believe she's renting her garage to at least one person and there are people coming and going all hours of the day and night. There are two men who argue loudly with one another several times a week. There's also a young woman who screams at her boyfriend and chases him into the street, even into traffic, hitting at him and grabbing at him. I don't have the dates written down, but it has happens several times a month - once around 2am. There have been numerous times when the man living there has been doing work out in the driveway - loudly sorting recycling or other household items after 10pm. He also has either dumped or accidentally pushed some of his junk in our yard (we recently found a car tire in our bushes). Our neighbor was also using a garden hose to get water to her house (I guess she had a leak in her main water line) and had that running up our front yard. We weren't aware of her hose until my husband accidentally cut it when weeding our yard. I didn't think to write down the dates/times as these things occurred, but will start to do so from now on. I'm not even sure if it's a legal rental or how to go about checking on that. It just seems like a very unsafe situation that is getting worse on a weekly basis. I'm very worried because a man was shot and killed in that garage back in 2013 and I'm afraid things have been escalating to the point where this could happen again and am worried about their safety as well as my own.
