its like an industrial zoned area around here with so many commercial vehicles all loaded with ladders, wish this was more like a residential neighborhood, perhaps residential parking stickers should have to be purchased from the city yearly with exclusions of commercial vehicles most of which are registered by the owners of the buisness in other cities who lend the trucks out to the workers

A residential parking permit would generate a lot of income for the city through the purchase of the stickers and fines levied to violators, commercial vehicles should park on the property of the operator or in the city of registration and be prohibited in residential zones

Everyone needs a spot. Whether it is to beach in a spot for delivery purposes or park for the night. The problem is where when and how to label it. Signage. No parking tow away zone strictly enforced from where to where 39 to 43 and then leave the remaining for standing, as deliveries need to pull up, grab shipment and deliver to the doorstep.
