There is a lot of extra soil there (compare to Harding St deadend) so the snow plows end up pushing it into "stairs". It makes it impossible to mow regularly like the neighbors can do at the end of Harding street. If that extra soil is removed and the ground leveled out, it would be easier for me and my neighbor to maintain it for the City AND the snow plow wouldn't be able to disrupt the level ground as easily. There is also an oak tree growing through the fence. Thank you.

Agreed with Tammy. That oak tree is in desperate need of a cutting back.
