  Thank you for reaching out about this issue. To remove a handicap parking space, you should reach out to your Ward Councillor. The Councillor submits a request to the Traffic and Parking Commisison and in turn the Commission makes a recommendation to the City Council. I will also send this information to our enforcement team so they are aware of the issue of someone parking in the spot without a placard.
