This section Stratfield drive is scheduled for repaving. The work is scheduled to be done once we can get a few consecutive days of warm/dry weather.

This is more than just a repaving job. The street over the large sewage holding tank, near the Stratfield # 50 lift station, must be properly reinforced before new asphalt is put down. Merely repaving the street will help, for a while, but the pavement will sink (again), and the process will have to be repeated. The developers of the new neighborhoods using the lift pump system should be required to finance a permanent fix, since they would not have received permits to build these homes without access to sewer lines.
