Vehicle parked in yard back behind house along with another parked in front yard; there are numerous vehicles with no plates that are parked in the driveway with no license plates. This IS a CODE VIOLATION per the City of St Charles, instead of just giving the house a violation ticket why don’t you just tow the cars?? Cause obviously the people don’t care and the rest of the neighbourhood is really sick of this and it has been going on for over 4yrs, nothing has been done except giving these people tickets that they don’t even show up for court.
