Safety glass side panel removed from bus stop seating area. No temporary caution tape or barricade. Remaining bracket is a serious trip hazard. My father did not notice the shin height bracket and walked right into it. When he came to, he was face down on the sidewalk, bruised and all scraped up. That was yesterday and he is complaining of knee pain. A visit to the city attorneys office today was non conclusive. Please address this serious safety issue.
