Is the builder still in business? The job site is a mess and the tar paper on the roof flaps in the wind. Would think that a roof would help preserve the investment since hurricane season is upon us. What is the City/County ordnance on permitted building completion time?

Had not seen the front. Oh dear. And yes, those of us who live on that street have grown accustomed to the tar paper flapping in the wind. Isn't that usually put on right before roof goes on? Puzzled.

MORE NEGLIGENCE ON PART OF BUILDING DEPT-CITY OF StPETE! Developers are completely trashing our neighborhood street-by-street - ignoring construction requirements.... and CITY could not care less. The ONLY thing that works are incessant calls to codes ... Building Dept... etc DEMANDING IMMEDIATE ACTION. These developers turn our streets upside down for months.... take their money and walk away. WHERE IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION IN ALL THIS MESS.... OH YEAH - THEY ARE BUSY PLANNING PORCH PARTIES~ When i was on the board... we were busy staying on top of these issues. Shame!

I'm happy that the city is doing something about this house which is, if nothing else, is an eyesore in its half done condition. I guess i will base my view on city codes compliance based on the handling of this case. My view now is that City is big on getting more tax revenue and gives a slap on the hand to developers. As City of St. Pete is all about development. City of St. Pete, change my mind!

Why has this been closed? It still looks awful in the back. Do we need to submit another See Click Fix to have this eyesore addressed? If so....shame on City of St. Pete. It is so easy for you to just close it with a smile and a happy message.
