Description
There are several mattresses and various other furniture items that have been accumulating in the alleyway of Agnes Street (nearest Agnes and 4th Street). It started out with one mattress and now people have been sleeping on the couch that has also been dumped there. If this could be removed it would be greatly appreciated.

Clearly, the building owner doesn't care. The regular garbage bins are always a mess of unsafe items (broken glass, etc.), and drug paraphernalia, strewn across the sidewalk.
I have every reason to believe that much of the dumping is due to certain tenants - particularly those operating businesses out of the garage storage units.
The building's management should be "encouraged" to provide appropriate supervision when renters move out - the problem is most acute at the end of each month - or incur charges to have dumped items (furniture, matresses, etc.) disposed of properly.
