Description

53rd PL SE is a one way street that is frequently used to cut through from East Cap to Central Ave. people are constantly driving through 5-15 mph above the speed limit. We are the only street within 8 blocks without speed bumps. Please install speed bumps for the resident safety on 53rd PL SE.
