Dangerously Constant Speeding on Kendon Drive between Cedar Street and Pennsylvania Ave. The stop sign at Kendon Drive and Southgate is ignored on a daily basis. Kendon Drive has heavy foot and car traffic daily due to the fact there is an Elementary School and Church located in the 700 and 800 blocks. Kendon Drive is used as a short cut to avoid trunkline streets. There is a dire need for SPEED HUMPS (60 MPH PLUS AT TIMES) before someone get's killed.
