All we know is that the dog is a black lab and doesnt walk on a leash. We've told the owner to stop letting his dog deficate on our lawn and he ignores it. It hasnt stopped.

I have had the same problem and have said things multie times. He once wrote an apology letter to me in fact but the dog is still off leash. I will say something again when I see him next that other neighbors are concerned.

There have been other, similar issues reported in New Haven. Other people definitely have this problem as well, I wonder if it's the same person.

Make your own sign and put it on your lawn. The City does not provide signs for poop removal like parking signs.

Hey Ben, Did you talk to him, because its still happening yesterday and this morning....

Apologies for someone closing the issue. I have not spoken with him and have not seen him. I had to stop walking my dogs on Bishop because Jake is off leash and its hard to walk two dogs when there is an off leash dog.

I don't see that this one is fixed - reopening.
