Description
A large tree at the house provided is a hazard and dangerous not if but when it falls if we get another hurricane or strong winds. The tree was recently trimmed by the power company
But only on one side to clear the wires. The power company told me that that address which is next door to my house was cited for being a hazard. It is still a hazard and getting worse. The tree is a large Japanese plum tree and when it falls just like the one same one fell last year during hurricane Irma it will land on my house and the listed house. It is top heavy on the north side and needs to be trimmed soon! I want to have this on record showing that I tried to do something about it. If we get a strong wind like last year and it falls it will for sure land on both houses and cause serious damage and could hurt the people living inside waiting out the storm. The bedrooms are in the path of this tree if it falls down and the roof will collapse. The owner of the property rents the house listed and was supposedly given a citation by the city awhile back. The job if it was ever done to trim the tree was not a good job. So please come and see for yourself. Thank you.
