I reported this months ago and the City's inspector closed the issue without explaining why. I have lived here for over two years and I have never known a day when there WASN'T standing water here. There are two problems: 1) the pipe that discharges water is clogged with debris so the water collects and then 2) the standing water destroys the asphalt (freeze/ thaw) which causes a huge pothole and enables more standing water. This is significant health hazard for mosquito-borne diseases and must be fixed ASAP.
